ORDER TRACKING

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

STEP 1

GET ORDER ID

You may find the order id in three different ways:

  1. After logged in to the website go to my account page – go to order tab and get order id.
  2. After successfully placing the order, you will receive an email with all the details along with the order id.
  3. You can contact us to know your order details, if above two options are not working for you.

STEP 2

HOW TO TRACK ORDER

In the above form you can see two fields one for “order id” another for registered mail-id that you used to logged in.

Type your order id and registered mail-id then click on track button to get the tracking details.

STEP 3

HOW TO TRACK SHIPMENT

After complete the order and creating the shipment from our side, you will receive a mail with shipping details and tracking number along with a proper tracking link.
